Learning Team at the Wild Buffalo

If you've any luck in your life, than you've already heard of the Learning Team. If the Gods of Indie Collective Folk music have graced you with their light, than you've already actually heard the Learning Team. Based out of Bellingham and soon to be on tour this summer, the sweet eclectic feel of folk music meeting upbeat rhythms of your favorite nostalgia inducing summer songs, the Learning Team will make you feel, even under the flashy lights of a darkened bar, like the sun is warming your face and there is nothing but a week long road trip and tank full of gas waiting for you somewhere.

At least, thats what I always find myself fantasizing about when I'm listening.

Awaken the Wake

The sun is out, every once in awhile, and the days are warming up...sometimes. But whatever the weather, Brenden Leib remains at large on Lake Whatcom, throwing it down every which way he can, and I am thankful to be lucky enough to be in the back of the boat when it happens.  Cam Russel and Roy Dammarell get wet n wild this nice afternoon too, wetsuits and all.

thanks for reminding me its nearly summer guys,

and thanks for looking!

A Post for the Plankers

Mixin it up with Nick Marvik and Colin Poff, expanding the crew to twice its size, we ran into these guys as we scoped the same rail.  With the snow now pretty much completely gone, I think I was most glad just to have proof that it was actually here in Bellingham at all.

Thanks for looking,
