After being disinfected with a fog machine and classified by size and weight, a worker wheels in the trays of eggs into a Chickmaster for incubation. Perhaps the most important stage of production, the incubation process is very arduosly controlled. The humidity, temperature, and amount of time the eggs spend in the Chickmaster incubator must be carefully monitored in order to produce as many healthy chicks as possible in the shortest amount of time humanely possible.
