Sports Kick

Ive been on a bit of a sports kick lately, its good practice.  being a WWU student, there is plenty of opportunity to watch great athletes, and meet them too.

Bellingham's surrounding high schools also provide for some good local games that you can get really great access to, and hear from community members about their teams.

today was epic . in every sense of the word.

Me and mark hit up mt baker today.  we went out, warmed up, talked about how its never sunny in the pnw in winter, marveled at the snow, went to grandmas, took shots, built, conquered, took shots, ate pizza, took shots, ate powder, met some pros, hiked out.

Night rail session

some crazy snow in whatcom county presented the perfect opportunity to hit the 'art rail' on campus at western. Bart Patitucci, Robert Bench, Mark Macias, Isaac Thomas and myself had a blast from 9 till 3 dodgin cops, hittin a rail and savoring a rare west side snow

DB Skimboards

So two of my buds on a skimboard team, DB Skimboards, let me tag along and go skimming with them yesterday.

My mind is now blown

An entirely new extreme sports community has found me and jumping on the band wagon doesnt suffice, i want to hi-jack the adrenaline pumping helm and steer it straight into pleasure town. ok that was lame but skimboarding is sick, and these guys make it sicker

Friends, fun, sun, the northwest, a dog, and skimming. does it get any better?
