Just trying to watch and simultaneously understand hockey is exciting, and shooting it has proven even more of a challenge... Either way I need practice shooting sports with my 5d, because of its much slower fps, and what better way to do that than from the bench of the 15-1-1 WWU Vikings?

Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 07:40PM The Western Hockey Team is awesome, and fun to watch. Taking down teams like UW and Gonzaga, the Viking hockey players work hard for a club team and do well.
Ive never shot hockey before, but after seeing how fast, intense and hard hitting it is, I will again for sure.

Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 04:40PM Me and my Sarah decided to do Oyster Dome to see the sunset, but didn't leave until about 3 pm...Its about time I made it up there, I've never been. We didnt exactly get to take our time, but it worked out perfectly. What an amazing place the Northwest is.
anyways just a quick edit, I really want to try some more time lapse, and use my new steadicam more, super easy to build and it works great! steadycam.org/

Took out my new toy, which i got yesterday afternoon itching to use it that night, I walked downtown with the roommates and had a great night shooting 'free pool' Wednesday
